Comprehensive Photography Packages: What’s Included & Why

Every property and every marketing plan is different, which is why we quote projects individually rather than selling one-size-fits-all packages. That said, most full-coverage engagements draw from the same set of components. Understanding what each one does makes it easier to decide where your budget works hardest.

Interior photography: the core of the gallery

Interior coverage is the backbone of any listing or portfolio shoot. We photograph primary living spaces, kitchens, suites, and the connective moments that give a home its character, using natural light wherever possible and careful supplemental lighting where needed. Post-production includes color correction, perspective correction, and window exposure blending so views read true.

For a typical luxury home this yields 30 to 60 finished frames, sized for MLS, web, and print.

Exterior and twilight coverage

Exterior photography documents the architecture, the approach, and the outdoor living spaces in the property’s best light. Twilight frames, shot in the short window after sunset when interior lights glow against a deep blue sky, consistently become the lead image of a listing. If a property has one hero shot in it, twilight is usually where we find it.

Aerial coverage

FAA-certified drone stills and video establish context: acreage, privacy, ski access, and the property’s relationship to the surrounding terrain. For estates and land-forward listings, aerials often carry the marketing. See our guide on when aerial coverage makes sense for a deeper look.

Property film and social edits

A cinematic walkthrough film gives remote buyers spatial understanding no photo gallery can, and vertical cuts extend the campaign to social platforms. Video is the most powerful single upgrade for unique properties and out-of-market audiences.

How it comes together

A comprehensive package is scheduled as one or two sessions built around the property’s light. Deliverables arrive in an organized online gallery with licensing that covers MLS, broker marketing, print, and web use. Agents get launch-ready assets; builders and designers get portfolio-grade files.

If you are planning a listing launch or documenting a finished project, reach out through the contact page with the property details and we will recommend the right scope, usually within 24 hours.
